Maya MacBeth
The ways we learn to cope often make perfect sense in the context of what we’ve been through. Over time, however, those same patterns can leave us feeling stuck, disconnected, or overwhelmed. Maya believes that lasting change begins with understanding - not judging - ourselves. Maya MacBeth is a Registered Psychotherapist (Qualifying) with the College of Registered Psychotherapists of Ontario (CRPO). She holds a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from York University and a Master of Arts in Counselling Psychology from Yorkville University. She has advanced certification in the treatment of Complex Trauma (CCTP-II), additional training in PTSD treatment as well as certification in Emotionally Focused Individual Therapy (EFIT) and Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT). Maya is also fluent in Russian. Maya works with individuals and couples experiencing trauma, PTSD, anxiety, depression, relationship difficulties, attachment injuries, infidelity, and the lasting effects of sexual abuse and assault. She integrates trauma-informed, attachment-based, emotion-focused, cognitive- behavioural, and mindfulness approaches to help clients better understand themselves, strengthen emotional resilience, and create meaningful, lasting change. Her approach is warm, collaborative, and tailored to each client’s unique needs, with a particular focus on complex trauma, dissociation, relational healing, and rebuilding trust and connection following relationship injuries. Whether you are navigating the impact of trauma, feeling stuck in recurring patterns, working through relationship challenges, or seeking more fulfilling connections, Maya offers a safe and supportive space where you can explore your experiences, build on your strengths, and move toward greater healing, resilience, and connection.

Allison Rozansky
Allison believes that healing begins with learning to treat yourself with the same compassion you so freely offer to others. She understands how anxiety, perfectionism, self-doubt, and the pressure to meet expectations can leave you feeling disconnected from yourself, making it difficult to trust your inner voice and feel confident in who you are.
Allison is a Registered Psychotherapist (Qualifying) who works with adolescents and adults experiencing anxiety, low self-esteem, body image concerns, perfectionism, work stress, and relationship challenges. She also supports clients navigating social confidence, dating, family dynamics, and the pressures of social media, helping them reconnect with themselves and build a greater sense of balance and self-worth.
Her approach is person-centred and humanistic, grounded in the belief that healing is possible for everyone. Allison integrates Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT), mindfulness, and self-compassion practices, tailoring therapy to each client’s unique needs rather than following a one-size-fits-all approach. Together, you will work to build self-awareness, strengthen positive self-talk, cultivate self-compassion, and develop the confidence to navigate life’s challenges with greater resilience and authenticity.
If you’re feeling overwhelmed by self-criticism, struggling to feel comfortable in your own skin, or simply looking for a safe, non-judgmental space to better understand yourself, Allison offers a free 15-minute consultation to explore whether working together feels like the right fit
